OMSmatchpoint is confidentially representing an accomplished senior OMS resident completing a six-year, dual-degree MD-integrated residency in 2027. He is seeking a Florida associate position with an established practice offering strong mentorship, clinical growth, a collegial culture, and a genuine long-term partnership or ownership pathway. Geographically, this candidate would prefer to locate in the Central, Western Peninsular, or Southwest regions of the state (e.g., Orlando, Tampa Bay, Fort-Myers-Naples).

The candidate has broad full-scope residency exposure in high-volume dentoalveolar surgery, office-based anesthesia and sedation, implant surgery and reconstruction, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and facial aesthetics. His immediate focus is “teeth and titanium,” including efficient dentoalveolar care, sedation, extractions, grafting, implant placement, and implant-based reconstruction. He is eager to build a productive core practice while continuing to develop responsibly in trauma, hospital-based OMS, orthognathic, and aesthetic surgery where mentorship and practice opportunities support that growth.

He offers honors-level academic performance, first-author research and publication experience, peer-teaching leadership, and meaningful service in special-needs and international-care settings.
