Thank you for your interest in joining the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. It’s easy to become a member by following these steps:

1) Enroll online at this link: Membership-Application
2) Pay your first year’s dues of $695.00 at the link above.
3) Email Melissa Connor at mconnor@pami.org a copy of your general sedation permit.

Once you enroll, pay your fee and send your sedation permit, you’ll be a FSOMS Provisional Member. The next step is to attend an FSOMS Board meeting. Please look at our meetings tab on this website for our upcoming meetings. There are three opportunities per year to attend a board meeting: Legislative Day at the Capitol (usually in Jan. each year), the Summer meeting and the Fall Annual Meeting. During the Board Meeting you are introduced to the Board and encouraged to get involved in the FSOMS. There are many opportunities to participate.

After attending a meeting you have satisfied all the requirements of membership and the FSOMS administrative office changes your membership from Provisional to Active membership. We inform AAOMS of your active membership in the FSOMS.
