An enthusiastic delegation of dedicated FSOMS members spent a day at the Capitol in Tallahassee making a difference for the specialty.  The day began with a meeting with our outstanding lobbying team at Gray-Robinson to review the current issues and the talking points to share with legislators during the day.  Senator Alan Hays joined the meeting to give his perspective on the key issues.  Then off to the third floor of the Capitol Rotunda where we positioned a large, multi-faceted exhibit showing the scope of the specialty, including a large FSOMS banner, scrolling videos from AAOMS and give-away gifts with the FSOMS logo.
